    and properties

    – Loosens bread and cake doughs

    – Improves the consistency of the dough

    – Can be used to remove crusty food residues

    – Removes odors

    – Makes water softer

    – Attracts moisture, store in a dry place

    – decomposes from 65 °C to sodium carbonate by splitting off CO2 and water and is therefore extremely environmentally friendly

    I use it to wash salads (instead of table salt), to scrub the scoured hob and kitchen sink, to clean yellowed teeth, to bake cookies and sweet breads, to make deodorant pastes, to combat odors in the fridge and to powder out smelly shoes.
